Not a gym. Not therapy. A facilitated release experience where you show up, suit up, and walk out lighter. Here is what to expect from start to finish.
Choose your session and book instantly online. All sessions are prepaid at booking. Sessions start at $60. Walk-ins welcome until 6PM based on availability.
Arrive 15 minutes early. We provide goggles, gloves, and a coverall. Our team walks you through a safety briefing. Bring closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes.
Step in and let it go. Smash sessions run 25 to 60 minutes. You name what you are releasing. We bring the bat, the breakables, and the space to do it safely.
Every session ends with a brief nervous system regulation moment. You leave settled, not spinning. You came in carrying something. You walk out without it.
